Hi, I’m Carole
With over 30 yrs healthcare background experience. I thought I was well prepared for the on slaught of menopause. “Menopause hit me like a freight train!”
I wasn’t prepared for the whirlwind of symptoms that came my way—brain fog so bad I’d forget what I was doing mid sentence, and those constant UTIs? Let’s just say they weren’t my favorite part. At one point, it felt like my life was completely derailing, and I didn’t know how to stop it.
It took me almost two years to find my footing again—or rather, to discover a new normal. And let’s be honest, no one really prepares you for this stage of life. It’s like this unspoken topic everyone tiptoes around. Thankfully, that’s starting to change.
In my household, we talk about it all—no sugar-coating, no avoiding the “nitty-gritty.” My daughters know everything because I firmly believe that forewarned is forearmed.
But I’ll be honest, getting to this point wasn’t easy. I had to bounce between doctors, clinics, and holistic practitioners just to piece together the answers I needed. That’s when I had the idea: why not compile everything I’ve learned—what works, what doesn’t—into one resource?
Originally, I created it for my daughters, so they’d never have to feel as lost as I did. But then I realized: if this could help me, and if it could help them, maybe it could help countless other women too.
So, this guide became my labor of love—a gift to womankind. It’s everything I wish I’d had when I needed it most, and I hope it brings you the same clarity, comfort, and empowerment it gave me.
